Brisbane on the Move
CleanTastic Brisbane's growth has been so profound it has brought about a move to larger premises in Newstead just north of the city.  General Manager, Rechelle Hosier said that cramming 8 people into our old office is a thing of the past and we look forward to being even more productive in giving excellent service to our clients and franchisees.
 
Sydney West Tops 120
April 2008 heralded the achievement of a new milestone for CleanTastic Sydney West as the number of Franchisees in the region reached 120. We are exceptionally careful when selecting our franchisees and, consequently, the people who enter your premises.  Part of this selection is as follows:

  • First interview (references mandatory)
  • References checked
  • Second Interview
  • Successful franchisee or staff member signs a confidentiality agreement.

Commercial Cleaning Franchise - Performance Guarantee

Often cleaning proposals are filled with a lot of promises.

We want to overcome this by offering a performance guarantee. We know that you'll have no reason to use it, however, it is always good to know that it's there.

It's small and straight forward:

If, for any reason, you have a cleaning problem, we guarantee to fix it on the next visit.
If we don't, you get the whole week's cleaning for free.

A great cleaning service is one that meets then exceeds your expectations, and that is our aim.  In order to achieve this we need to monitor regularly the quality of our cleaning service by our franchisees for you.

We do this three ways:

  • We provide a Communication Book that you can use to leave any specific instructions or issues.
  • Our business services team makes regular follow-up calls from our office to check that our cleaning service is meeting your expectation.
  • Performance inspections are routinely conducted to ensure that the cleaning meets our franchise standards.

Our commercial cleaning business systems focus on checking on quality.   This ensures that any quality issues are identified before they become problems.  We monitor and record any quality incidents to ensure that if a cleaning issue is identified it is rectified, rather than fixed up temporarily only to repeat itself again.  Now that makes good business sense.
